Achieving Health & Well Being
In keeping with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), we provide an environment for women to improve their health and well-being. We regularly hold a mix of workshops, forums and specialised sessions where health care providers share information on sexual health, mental health, breast cancer, cardiovascular disease, chronic illnesses, diabetes, and dementia.
Hear Women Services Include:
- Exercise Classes – Weekly Zumba and Pilates classes and swimming at off-site locations.
- Coffee Mornings – Here women can sit and chat, make new friends and talk to people who care.
- Health Improvement Workshops – These cover general health, mental health, diet & nutrition, stopping smoking, managing diabetes and hypertension and breast cancer.
